We at Lindy Communities remain committed to supporting our residents and apartment communities through these difficult times.

After much thought and careful planning by the Lindy Communities team, we have implemented a number of measures to reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19 with our residents, leasing visitors, staff, and guests.

Additional Steps

In addition to steps we are taking as it relates to resident services, we also wanted to keep you aware of steps that you can take to help us all make our community as safe as possible for all neighbors and residents.

Avoid Mass Gatherings

Avoid gatherings of more than 10 people in common areas throughout the community. Whenever possible, maintain a distance of approximately 6 feet/2 meters from others.

Hand Washing

Wash your hands anytime you enter from outdoors, before you eat, and before you spend time with people who are more vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19, including older adults and those with serious/chronic medical conditions.

Avoid Non-Essential Locations

This includes pools, lounges, resident common areas, and fitness centers. For deliveries, please limit to essential items only.

Stay Informed

Get up-to-date information about local COVID-19 activity from local health officials Be aware of temporary school dismissals in your area, as this may affect your household’s daily routine.
Stay home if you are sick. Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms. If a member of your household is sick, stay home from school and work to avoid spreading COVID-19 to others. If your children are in the care of others, urge caregivers to watch for COVID-19 symptoms. For general advice on how to protect yourself, what to do if you feel sick, and other essential information, we direct you to the Center of Disease Control, at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html.
